Role Description

The Automotive Technician is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Buford, GA. This role is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance, including inspections, oil changes, fluid checks, and tire services, following manufacturer and dealership standards. The technician will diagnose and repair mechanical issues, complete maintenance and repair orders accurately, and ensure all work meets safety and quality guidelines. Day‑to‑day tasks include collaborating with service advisors, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, using diagnostic tools and service equipment, and communicating clearly about vehicle status and recommended services.

The role also involves adhering to dealership policies, participating in ongoing training, and contributing to a positive, customer‑focused service environment.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in Vehicle Maintenance and routine Oil Changes.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Automotive Repair and general Maintenance & Repair.
  • Candidates should possess skills related to Suspension inspection, diagnosis, and repair.
  • Relevant technical training or certification (e.g., automotive technology program, ASE certifications) is beneficial.
  • Ability to read and follow repair orders, technical manuals, and diagnostic reports.
  • Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a service team environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; prior dealership or service center experience is a plus.
