Appliance EMT started in Georgia and has since grown to multiple locations across the country. Our home base remains in Buford, GA, where we continue to focus on providing reliable appliance repair, maintenance, and installation services. We are passionate about delivering exceptional customer care and are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Dispatcher to join our growing team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Dispatcher who will handle scheduling, customer communication, and coordination of service calls. This role is crucial to ensuring our customers receive timely service and that our team operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely visits.
