Overview

The Client Services Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering superior customer service in all customer interactions, including order entry and bid processing, dissemination of product and service information, outbound sales/service follow‑up, and resolution of general customer issues and requests. The CSR resolves internal and external customer issues and identifies additional business opportunities, acting as liaison between customers and the internal organization while gathering and compiling customer database and follow‑up information.

Deliver exceptional customer service, handle order and bid processes, provide product/service information, perform outbound sales follow‑ups, resolve customer concerns, identify upsell opportunities and support cross‑functional teams.

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 1–2 years’ related experience.

• Must possess the ability to work effectively as a team member in a professional environment and demonstrate sound judgment.
• Must plan, prioritize and implement detailed instructions in a timely and efficient manner with exceptional organizational skills.
• Must listen actively, analyze customer and employee needs through effective communication.
• Must be detail‑oriented, able to quickly organize, multi‑task and process paperwork in a fast‑paced environment.

The salary range for this role is $15.20/hour to $25.84/hour, with adjustments for applicable state and local minimum wages. The benefits package includes a 401(k) and other benefits.
