Handle returns, zone area, organize merchandise, and identify shrink and damages;
Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing receipts, assisting with purchases and locating merchandise;
Support self-checkout area, resolve member issues, promote products and services, and assist with self-service technology;
Process member purchases, assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy;
Assist with training Frontline Service associates on processes, tools, and new program rollouts.
