Buford Family Dental is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist for our Buford, GA practice near Sugar Hill, Suwanee, Flowery Branch, Dacula, Lawrenceville, Braselton, Mall of Georgia, and Lake Lanier

At Buford Family Dental, our hygienists are treated as Perio Therapists and true healthcare providers. You will have the time, technology, doctor support, and compensation structure to provide excellent care without being rushed.

• $50–$55/hour typical range
  , based on experience
• Many hygienists earn $60–$70/hour through production upside
• Higher of your hourly rate or 30% of adjusted production
  , calculated monthly

As a Registered Dental Hygienist

• Provide high-quality hygiene care with one patient per hour
• Support periodontal diagnosis, education, and treatment
• Use technology to help patients understand their oral health
• Partner with doctors and teammates to create a great patient experience

• Active Georgia Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Strong patient communication skills
• Positive, team-first attitude
• Interest in perio, patient education, and clinical growth
