About the Role:

Responsibilities:

* Assist teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities.

* Support children's social and emotional development through positive interactions.

* Supervise children during playtime, ensuring safety and engagement.

* Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

* Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs.

* Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

* Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children.

* Assist with meal and snack times, promoting healthy eating habits.

Requirements:

* Experience working with young children in an educational setting preferred.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

* Passion for early childhood education and child development.

* CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

* Background check clearance as required by state regulations.

* Positive attitude and a genuine love for working with children.

* High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred.
