Esthetician
Act as a licensed beauty professional that consults with clients to assess beauty needs and provide appropriate skin care and hair removal services.
What We Look For- Engages with clients: build trust and comfort, listen and educate clients on services and products.
- Provides skin care treatments: expert facial, extractions, cleansings, and other non-invasive treatments.
- Provides hair removal services: address unwanted hair, keep clients confident and secure.
- Participates in operations: maintain area cleanliness, uphold sanitation and sterilization standards, keep treatment room well stocked.
- Builds your business: seek new clients, partner with salon designers to identify clients who may benefit from special services.
- Results: solve problems and make smart decisions that drive sales, profit, or customer service; execute work efficiently and effectively; inspire strong performance in yourself and others.
- Ownership: provide great customer service; cooperate and build positive, inclusive, and respectful relationships; take accountability for actions and outcomes.
- Intensity: proactively find ways to improve customer experience; show confidence and courage to do what is right; act with energy and urgency.
Commission pay designed to reward personal achievement and contribution to our success.
50–70% commission based service sales
10% retail commission with a service
* Commission based on credential level, productivity, and service sales. (Esthetician, Sr. Esthetician, or Master Esthetician).
Pay Range: USD $11.00/Hr – USD $16.00/Hr.

For paid holidays, associates eligible for paid vacation (MTO) also receive eight paid holidays during the calendar year. All store hourly associates scheduled to work on a designated holiday receive additional compensation.
