Zona Physical Therapy & Wellness is expanding and seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient orthopedic and wellness clinic in Buford.

We are a modern, patient-focused clinic integrating physical therapy with advanced recovery services including red light therapy, infrared sauna, and whole body cryotherapy.

We welcome both new graduates seeking mentorship and experienced PTAs looking for growth and leadership opportunities

Part-Time (20–30 hours/week)

Opportunity to grow into Full-Time

$24–$30 per hour (based on experience)

• Performance Bonus Opportunities

• Bonus paid for visits exceeding monthly productivity target
• Example: $3–$5 per visit after 60 completed visits/month
• Opportunity for leadership pay increase as clinic grows

(Structured to reward initiative and strong patient care.)

• Provide hands-on treatment under supervising PT
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Educate patients on home exercises and recovery
• Maintain professional, positive clinic culture

• Active Georgia PTA license (required)
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
