We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to support our expanding team in Buford, GA. This is a key role within the organization, working directly with executive leadership to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and employee support across multiple states.

What You’ll Do:
You will serve as a critical resource for payroll, benefits administration, and employee support, including:
- Processing multi-state payroll (hourly, salary, overtime, PTO, commissions, bonuses)
- Managing payroll tax administration, garnishments, and compliance requirements
- Overseeing 401(k) enrollments, changes, and coordination with plan providers
- Supporting on-boarding and off boarding processes
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Assist employees with payroll and benefits questions in a professional and timely manner
- Partnering closely with leadership on HR-related initiatives and reporting
- Comparison shopping for more cost effective company benefit vendors
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
Preferred Skills /
Experience:
- Strong working knowledge of multi-state payroll processes
- Payroll and benefits experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
Location Requirement:
This is an in-office position in Buford, GA
, Monday through Friday. Remote or hybrid is not available.
