• Lead and coordinate strategic IT and business transformation initiatives across the Americas.
• Play a key role in projects that improve operations, enable growth, and strengthen our competitive advantage.

• Collaborate with business leaders, IT Business Partners, technical teams, and external partners around the world.
• Build trust-based relationships and align diverse stakeholders around common goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams, inspiring progress and accountability regardless of reporting structure.

• Create structure, transparency, and momentum across multiple projects and priorities.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and resources while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Drive decisions, remove obstacles, and ensure initiatives stay on track.

• Take ownership of regional and global initiatives with increasing responsibility over time.
• Partner closely with senior leaders across business and IT functions.
• Build a broad understanding of our operations and become a trusted advisor for key transformation efforts.

You are someone who naturally takes ownership, enjoys connecting people around a common vision, and finds satisfaction in delivering results that matter.

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, IT consulting, IT business partnering, or a related role.
• Broad understanding of corporate IT, including infrastructure, applications, ERP systems, data, or related technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive outcomes in matrix organizations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage technical and business audiences alike.
• Practical, hands‑on problem solver who can quickly understand new challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Experience with in industrial manufacturing, engineering, life sciences, or other operationally focused environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

This role includes approximately 30% travel, including visits to Heraeus locations throughout the United States and internationally. Periodic travel to our global headquarters in Hanau, Germany is also expected.
