Reach Technologies is an authorized service provider for Kyocera/Copystar, HP, Lexmark, Brother, Epson, and KIP.

Reach has offices in GA, FL, TN, AL, and WV/OH with our Corporate Office in Buford, GA.

Reach sells hardware, copiers, printer and IT services, office supplies, print/promo, and mailing systems.

Duties
  • Performing diagnostic repairs and preventative maintenance.
  • Maintaining equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Managing an assigned territory of printer devices or MFPs.
  • Maintaining an accurate assigned car stock of parts inventory.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Contributing as a team player.
  • Must be able to work independently and possess strong time management skills.
    • Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years related experience, with certified training preferred.
  • Desire and ability to work independently and reliably.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Strong time management and organization skills and self-motivator.
  • Basic computer knowledge: MS Office (Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook).
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs, bend down, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at floor level, and walk long distances.
