Overview

Facilities Detailer — Start your journey with Blue Compass RV. We’re looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Facilities Detailer to join our team and help keep the inside of our dealership shining bright. The role helps create a clean, welcoming, and safe environment inside our dealership, including floors, windows, breakrooms, and bathrooms. This position supports the daily experience of our customers and team.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform general floor care.
• Dust, polish, and sanitize high-traffic areas.
• Restock bathrooms and clean restrooms.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and showroom areas.
• Empty trash and maintain break areas.
• Report any maintenance needs or safety issues.
• Support the team with other light duties as needed.

• Experience in professional cleaning or janitorial services (preferred).
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to pitch in and help wherever needed.
• Strong time management and a love for a tidy space.

This is a physically active position. You’ll be on your feet, bending, moving, and lifting up to 25 lbs regularly. Must be comfortable working indoors with some exposure to outdoor conditions.
