Salary: $45,000 per year + Bonuses & Incentives

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a motivated and results-driven Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional patient experience. This is a great opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Support and oversee operations across 10 clinic locations:
  Buford mall of GA, Dacula, Decatur, Flowery Branch, Lawrenceville, Loganville, North Druid Hills, Snellville, Sugar Hill, Tucker, within the Atlanta area.
• Lead, coach, and develop front desk and wellness staff.
• Drive sales, memberships, and patient retention.
• Monitor performance metrics and achieve business goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain operational standards and compliance.
• Travel between clinics as needed to provide leadership and operational support.
• Full-time position – clinics are open 7 days a week, and work schedules may vary based on business needs.

• Leadership or management experience (healthcare, retail, or service industry preferred).
• Strong sales and customer service background.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
