Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast is an award-winning, family-owned dealership that has proudly served the Atlanta market since 1975. As we continue to grow, we are preparing to open our new, state-of-the-art Pre-Owned Sales Center and Service Center in Buford, Georgia — scheduled to open in the coming months.
We are seeking an experienced, high‑performing Pre‑Owned Sales Manager to help lead our next phase of growth and play a key role in launching and operating our new facility.

- Lead, motivate, and develop the pre‑owned sales team to achieve monthly and annual performance objectives
- Drive pre‑owned vehicle sales volume and profitability through effective sales strategies and execution
- Oversee inventory strategy, pricing, merchandising, and turn objectives
- Partner with marketing and leadership teams to promote and position pre‑owned inventory across digital and in‑store channels
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience and support strong repeat and referral business
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
- Coach and develop team members to strengthen performance, accountability, and career growth
- Prepare the team and processes for a successful transition into our new Buford pre‑owned facility
- Proven experience in automotive sales management (luxury brand experience preferred)
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
- Deep understanding of pre‑owned vehicle retail operations and inventory management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales performance, inventory metrics, and market conditions to drive results
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profitability goals
- Experience working with CRM and automotive retail systems (VINS, CDK, VAUTO, etc)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work in Buford, GA
