Purpose
Thermacell is currently seeking to grow our manufacturing business and is looking for a highly motivated Manufacturing Line Operator. Manufacturing Line Operators are responsible for performing an array of duties such as operating manufacturing equipment, assembling packaging, inspecting materials, or performing warehouse functions. This role will report to the Manufacturing Management Team.

Working Hours:
7:00 am – 3:30 pm M‑F (extended hours during busy season and occasional Saturdays)

- Operating equipment:
Setting up and operating production lines, assembly machines, conveyors, and packaging machinery - Reporting:
Completing productivity reports detailing the number of parts or products made during each shift - Adheres to all manufacturing standard operating procedures
- Performs Quality Control checks including inspecting and testing finished products for defects and quality assurance
- Develop and adherence to equipment centerline and running line standards
- Follow equipment and process troubleshooting methodologies:
Why‑Why, 5W+2H, etc. and making basic equipment repairs - Ensure adherence to manufacturing key performance indicators
- Production assembly operations
- Utilize RF gun/ scanning systems and interact with tracking systems
- Ability to perform change overs and make process adjustments
- Meets company productivity and quality standards
- Loads and unloads trucks
- Maintains clean work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Adherence to established safety policies and procedures
- Cross‑train and support in fulfillment operations as needed, including picking & processing orders to maintain workflow efficiency & overall company goals
- Performs inventory cycle counts when needed
