Salary: $22/Hr - $30/hr (flexible based on experience)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Repair Technician with a strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding hydraulic and mechanical components across multiple OEM brands. This is a shop‑based role that requires independent troubleshooting, teardown, rebuild, and testing of hydraulic systems and components.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, and rebuild hydraulic and mechanical components.
  • Work on pumps, cylinders, valves, gearboxes, and related systems.
  • Disassemble, inspect, and determine the root cause of failures.
  • Replace seals, bearings, and worn components while ensuring proper tolerances.
  • Test repaired components for functionality and reliability.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety procedures.
  • Document repairs and communicate findings as needed.
  • Manage repair jobs independently from teardown through final testing.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hydraulic repair experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
  • Experience repairing hydraulic systems across multiple OEM brands.
  • Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical manuals.
  • Hands‑on experience with measuring tools and shop equipment.
  • Industrial hydraulics experience is required.
  • Machining or fabrication experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Pay Range

$22/Hr – $28/hr (flexible based on experience)
