Duration: Permanent Placement / Full Time
Salary: $22/Hr - $30/hr (flexible based on experience)

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Repair Technician with a strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding hydraulic and mechanical components across multiple OEM brands. This is a shop‑based role that requires independent troubleshooting, teardown, rebuild, and testing of hydraulic systems and components.
Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and rebuild hydraulic and mechanical components.
- Work on pumps, cylinders, valves, gearboxes, and related systems.
- Disassemble, inspect, and determine the root cause of failures.
- Replace seals, bearings, and worn components while ensuring proper tolerances.
- Test repaired components for functionality and reliability.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety procedures.
- Document repairs and communicate findings as needed.
- Manage repair jobs independently from teardown through final testing.
- 5+ years of hydraulic repair experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
- Experience repairing hydraulic systems across multiple OEM brands.
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical manuals.
- Hands‑on experience with measuring tools and shop equipment.
- Industrial hydraulics experience is required.
- Machining or fabrication experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship.
$22/Hr – $28/hr (flexible based on experience)
