Leads team to achieve department goals through planning and delegation of daily work tasks. Responds and takes action to ensure safety, quality, production, and people opportunities within their department. Coordinates training efforts for new employees and continuously coaches and develops employees within team.

Job Summary

As a Turret Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining turret punch press machinery to produce metal parts according to specifications. You will ensure the efficient and safe operation of the equipment while meeting production goals.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating turret punch press machines or similar equipment.
  • Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Set up turret punch press machines based on job requirements.
  • Load and unload materials onto the machine.
  • Perform regular maintenance on the equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
  • Keep accurate records of production activities and materials used.
Work Environment

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
