Come grow your career in our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing plant. We manufacture coated and tempered residential glass, and we need glass specialists and machine operators to keep the quality top‑notch. As a glass processing specialist, you will be responsible for the offloading or loading of glass onto our production line. You will have the opportunity to cross‑train and grow your skill set which will be properly compensated.

In this role, you will work as a team to keep us running so we can meet our daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing goals.

Some responsibilities include:

• Place glass on bungees, secure glass on racks, pack A‑frames and prepare racks for shipping
• Keep up the cleanliness at the line, sweeping and clearing glass as necessary
• Help other departments as needed – we work as a team; therefore you are expected to assist in other areas when necessary
• Perform tempering break test for quality assurance
• Clean up broken glass – done throughout shift to maintain a safe work environment
• Clean out space under the furnace – performed every three months
• Ensure safety measures are taking place at all times
• Keep a high rate of productivity

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in a fast‑paced, organized and positive warehouse environment.
• Ability to frequently lift glass that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work full‑time, 40 hours per week plus optional overtime.
• Attention to detail and good time management skills.
