Join Our Team

We are a fast growing custom cabinetry and architectural millwork company seeking an experienced Millwork Engineer to join our engineering and production team.

This position is responsible for transforming architectural drawings, design concepts, and field dimensions into accurate, production‑ready shop drawings and CNC‑ready manufacturing files. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and experienced with engineering custom cabinetry and architectural millwork for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed shop drawings for custom cabinetry and architectural millwork.
  • Engineer projects using Cabinet Vision and/or Microvellum software.
  • Create production‑ready drawings, cut lists, and CNC machining files.
  • Review architectural plans, elevations, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, production staff, and installation teams.
  • Resolve engineering and manufacturing challenges while maintaining design intent.
  • Ensure drawings are complete, accurate, and ready for fabrication.
  • Assist with product development and process improvements.
  • Maintain engineering standards and drawing consistency.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Cabinet Vision, Microvellum, or similar cabinet engineering software is required as well as understanding of AutoCAD.
  • Experience engineering custom cabinetry or architectural millwork.
  • Strong understanding of cabinet construction methods and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Experience preparing shop drawings for fabrication.
  • Knowledge of CNC manufacturing and machining processes.

    Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
