Ricoh Electronics, Inc. (REI) is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to support our Thermal Slitting operations at our Buford facility. The operator will work a 12‑hour shift (6am‑6pm) with rotating days off, operating slitting equipment (slitter, rewinder, down‑ender, etc.). Under direct supervision, the Machine Operator will perform production activities that require knowledge of various processes, operations, and machines within the Slitting department.

Responsibilities include starting, stopping, and feeding assigned machines/equipment, identifying and reporting imperfect operations, maintaining accurate production documentation, and following department methods and procedures for quality and record‑keeping.

High School or better.

1 year machine operator experience.

Strong math skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Must have the ability to work in a safe manner.

Reads, writes, speaks, and understands English.

Good mechanical skills/aptitude.
