Machine Operators
We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a large manufacturer! Pay rate: $16.00.
Schedule:
1st shift 6am-2:30pm. Job duties/responsibilities:
- Prepare machines to start a production cycle, performing calibration, cleaning, and other activities
- Monitor and properly adjust machine settings
- Supply raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
- Check parts with precision, using appropriate measuring tools
- Conduct tests to check the operation of machines on a regular basis
- Troubleshoot issues that might occur during the shift
- Verify output to detect any machine-related mistakes or flaws
- Create and manage records of approved and defective units or final products
- Create and maintain activity logs
- Must be able to read type measure
Job requirements:
- Minimum 12 months experience in machine operating
- Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
