Packers
We are currently hiring for the position of Packers. Pay rate is $14. The schedule is from 5:30am to 3:30pm.
Job duties and responsibilities include:
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat, and well-organized.
- Packing incoming stock away, taking inventory, and reporting shortages.
- Keeping records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Packing orders as requested by management.
- Sealing and tagging containers, confirming accuracy of orders, and signing pick tickets to confirm.
- Ensuring correct shipping information is attached and moving completed orders to the shipping area.
- Placing containers on pallets and securing with stretch wrap, shrink wrap, and strapping.
Job requirements include:
- Minimum 6 months experience picking and packing in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
