Partners Personnel - - Responsibilities:
Operate twin-screw compounding extrusion production equipment to produce TPE compounds according to standardized techniques and quality requirements;
Complete startup inspections and frequent visual inspections of in-process production orders to maintain production schedule;
Record online testing results in SAP as specified per work order (Hardness, Density, etc.);
Ensure production paperwork is complete prior to releasing production orders to QA (cleaning/setup checklists, start-up inspections, weigh/mix sheets, raw material lot numbers, etc.);
Record production time, yield and scrap for each production order in SAP and Shift Book
