Catalyst Nutraceuticals is seeking a Lead - Capsules 1st Shift to supervise the capsule production in our manufacturing facility. The role focuses on producing high-quality capsule products in the packaging department by following work orders and supporting the line.
You will mentor the production team, manage daily output, coordinate line start-ups and changeovers, and ensure adherence to GMPs, safety and 6S practices. The position requires commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
