Partners Personnel - - Responsibilities:
Operate twin-screw compounding extrusion production equipment to produce TPE compounds according to standardized techniques and quality requirements;
Perform start-up inspections and visual inspections of in-process production orders to maintain quality;
Record online testing results in SAP (e.g., hardness, density) as specified by work orders;
Complete production paperwork prior to releasing orders to QA (cleaning/setup checklists, start-up inspections, weigh/mix sheets, raw material lot numbers);
Accurately record production time, yield, and scrap for each production order in SAP and Shift Book
