Material Handler

Experienced Material Handlers needed in Buford, GA!

The pay rate is up to $22.57/hr schedule is 1st shift 6am-2pm.

This is a contract to hire position.

• Pick, stage, and prepare raw materials for order fulfillment
• Break down bulk material into customer-specific quantities and configurations
• Package finished materials according to detailed customer specifications
• Operate sit-down and/or side-loader forklifts to transport and position materials as needed
• Print, apply, and verify product and shipping labels for accuracy
• Support production flow to ensure timely completion of finished goods
• Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards in all warehouse operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned; responsibilities may evolve based on business needs

• 1 year of Forklift experience.
• Previous experience with metal production or cutting
• Must be willing to work in multiple areas of production.
• Basic math skills (counting, measuring, basic calculations)
• Must be able to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs consistently
• Experience operating an overhead crane or willingness to be trained
