Prepare all ingredients for doughnut production (brewing, dough, glaze, fillings, icings);
Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mix and fry doughnuts;
Record keeping of times and temperatures for products;
Maintain sanitation standards in production area;
Work any shift; open availability and flexibility required
