We are seeking a creative and reliable Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our online presence. This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. This role involves visiting the salon 1–2 times per week to capture real-time content and creating compelling posts that showcase our work, culture, and services across multiple platforms.

• Visit the salon weekly (1–2 times) to capture photo and video content
• Create and edit engaging Instagram Reels, Tik Toks, and Facebook posts
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with current trends and salon branding
• Schedule and publish posts consistently across platforms
• Write captions and calls-to-action designed to attract new clients
• Highlight stylists, services, transformations, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Monitor engagement and adjust content strategy to increase reach and bookings
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, especially in the beauty industry

• Experience managing social media accounts (preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle)
• Strong skills in content creation, video editing, and storytelling
• Familiarity with Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook business tools
• Ability to work independently and bring fresh, creative ideas
• Understanding of branding and audience engagement strategies
• Reliable transportation to attend in-salon content days

• Experience working with salons, stylists, or beauty brands
• Knowledge of trending audio, hashtags, and platform algorithms
