Licensed Practical Nurse

Pruitt Health is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The LPN will provide direct bedside care, administer medications, perform treatments, monitor and document patient status, and collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, therapists, and families. You will support care plans, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, and educate patients and caregivers. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with development and implementation of individualized care plans
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and self-care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Support orientation and mentoring of new staff as needed
