Position: Doggy Daycare/ Lodging - Animal Care/Lodging Technician
My Pet's Place in Buford, Georgia is looking for a CSR/Lodging Tech with growth opportunities at our boarding/daycare/grooming facility. My Pet’s Vet, a successful veterinary hospital, has added more services for our clients by providing them a place they feel happy and comfortable bringing their fur babies for playtime and/or overnight stays. Help us deliver an outstanding experience for our furry guests.

Responsibilities and Duties The Lodging Technician is responsible for the cleanliness and comfort of our guests.

Work with a sense of urgency & intent

Deliver outstanding client service through knowledge of products services and benefits available

Follow through with all commitments made to clients and/or team members in a timely manner.

Complete daily, weekly, and monthly chores.

Partner with the Playtime staff during morning Buddy times, ensuring proper supervision, and care of pets as needed

Ensure all necessary documentation of meals, potty breaks and that all interactions are completed.

Complete pet’s intro and exit evaluations.

Ensure each pet received outstanding service by providing safe, enjoyable experience during each and every interaction.

Clean lodging areas

Qualifications and Skills Demonstrated ability to show empathy toward clients and treat animals with respect and compassion.

This is a trainable position but having some previous experience in the pet industry is a plus.

A commitment to outstanding client service.

Education:

High School or Equivalent Standing or walking 90% of scheduled shifts

Required to lift, move, and carry up to 40lbsAbility to control and walk a dog with a leash Work flexible shifts including nights, some weekends, and holidays.

Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary.
