Responsibilities

• Maintain positive working relationships and provide direction and feedback to all employees.
• Collaborate with management to train and track performance of new Crew Members.
• Motivate Crew Members to achieve high customer service scores.
• Ensure timely completion of shift tasks and opening/closing responsibilities.
• Own the restaurant facilities, ensuring organization and adherence to sanitation and food‑safety procedures.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of key positions in both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Full‑time and weekend availability required.
• Previous leadership experience in a customer service or restaurant environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain physically active for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Team‑oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.
• Effective communication with guests and crew members as a supervisor/manager.
