PGA TOUR Superstore - - Responsibilities:
Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.;
Seek out and engage Customers throughout the Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories).;
Maintain a working knowledge of Front-End operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions, coupons, etc.;
Assist in keeping Hard Goods areas merchandise presence at a premiere stock and visual level to drive the sales and Customer experience.;
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of golf clubs and explain features, benefits, and differences to Customers.
