Overview

In this role, you will report directly to the District Manager and take charge of leading, coaching, and developing your team to exceed customer expectations while implementing company strategies.
Your position encompasses all aspects of store management, including recruiting, hiring, training, customer service excellence, visual merchandising, and efficient store operations. Together, these efforts will drive sales and maximize profit, paving the way for success for you and your team!
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve exceptional performance and provide an extraordinary customer experience.
- Implement recruitment, hiring, training, customer service, visual merchandising, and operational excellence standards.
- Drive key performance indicators and execute plans to maximize store profitability.
- Foster brand loyalty by encouraging your team to create a friendly and personable atmosphere for customers.
- Serve as the liaison between customers, sales associates, store leadership, and corporate partners.
- Maintain a high level of customer focus and model clear, engaging communication.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising directives and maintains standards.
- Passionately educate team members about product knowledge to enhance customer interactions.
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a customer‑centric sales environment.
- Confident and comfortable in engaging customers to deliver a premium experience.
- Highly motivated by results and enthusiastic about interactions with customers and athletic products.
- Resourceful and adaptable in response to the evolving demands of a dynamic retail landscape.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills, including problem‑solving and financial analysis.
- Commitment to high ethical standards, integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Starting Pay: $64,000 per year plus bonus incentives.
