Part-Time Training Leader

Summary

Join our team as a Part-Time Training Leader, where your primary responsibility will be to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide leadership while fulfilling various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.

This role includes the following key areas:

• Sales Generation and Guest Service:
  Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service. Answer queries, recommend merchandise, and ensure every Guest has a positive experience. Meet personal sales goals and promote guest loyalty through various initiatives.
• Teammate Recruiting, Training, and Development:
  Support the recruitment of new Teammates and assist in their training. Encourage a positive work culture and promote personal and team growth.
• Visual Merchandise Management:
  Manage product zones effectively, ensuring visual standards are met. Recognize merchandising opportunities and maintain the sales floor.
• Operations:
  Maintain flexibility in scheduling and ensure compliance with all operational guidelines. Handle security risks appropriately and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Supervisory and Leadership:
  Provide feedback to peers and management. Demonstrate and promote professional relationships with all Teammates.

High school diploma or GED preferred, along with prior retail experience being an advantage.

The role requires the ability to stand, walk, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Successful performance may include using hands and arms for various tasks.
