Aerie - Brand Ambassador; Sales Associate

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life each day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, make their day better than before they arrived, serve as the face of our company, and represent our values with your real self.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage each guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest products that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to a collaborative environment.
• Maintain integrity by adhering to AEO policies and procedures.

• You enjoy interacting with people.
• You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and can handle multiple tasks.
• You are available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years old.

• Actual starting pay is determined by experience and location.
