YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to offer an amazing shopping experience, making guests’ day better than when they entered. You are the face of our company and proud of it. You love the products, are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest, and represent our company values with authenticity.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they need with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on product details and make suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Adapt easily between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Solve problems proactively, resolving guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support teammates and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain integrity by adhering to AEO policies and procedures.

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Energy and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Prior retail experience.
• At least 16 years of age.

• The actual starting pay is determined by relevant experience and location.
