Aerie - Stock Associate - Early Morning; Off

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and keen attention to detail. Though the Stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support the team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

• You are a go‑getter when it comes to keeping product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• You keep the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• You identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a game plan and take action to correct it.
• You are always prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non‑stock related tasks or assist guests.
• You prioritize safety standards, follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

• You have strong organization, attention to detail, priority‑setting and time‑management skills.
• You have flexible availability (early morning, late evening, weekends).
• You have worked in a stock‑related role previously.
