As a Field Merchandiser, you work independently to showcase organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as Hallmark’s face. You collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations.

• Your starting hourly pay rate will be $14.00 – $16.00 depending on skills and experience.
• Paid training is provided through live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom sessions.

Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.

• Variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours: 7–10 hours.
• Availability before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required

• Availability to support seasonal changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.

• Day‑to‑day engagement: Using a mobile device, restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the department. Communicate with the supervisor and complete required reporting and surveys.
• Holiday support: Provide additional days and extended hours around major holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• Department resets: Assist with installations, fixture building, relocating card departments, and resetting card sections. Advance notice typically two weeks.
• Team support: Collaborate with other merchandisers as needed.

Requires lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must push, pull, kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs, and step ladders. Must work on the floor and in back stockrooms.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital hand‑held device.
• Have Wi‑Fi/network access.
• Consistent transportation to assigned stores.
