PGA TOUR Superstore - - Responsibilities:
Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors;
Assist Customers with club fitting, including selecting the right shaft, grip, and specifications for optimal performance;
Maintain a premier stock and visual level in Hard Goods areas to drive sales and the Customer experience;
Provide consistent feedback to the Sales and Service Manager on operational and merchandising opportunities;
Stay up to date on merchandising promotions and marketing events to maintain strong merchandising presence
