Brand Market Specialist - Buford, GA

Beauty Barrage is a full‑service strategic sales management team with a field team that services doors across North America. We work with beauty brands and provide in‑store support in retailers such as Sephora, ULTA, Bluemercury, and more. Over 200 professionals service more than 3,000 doors in the U.S. and Canada.

As a Brand Market Specialist, you will be the face of the brands you represent in retail stores. The goal is to increase sales and brand awareness through a strong in‑store presence and sales performance.

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
• Represent brands within an assigned territory to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with store teams.
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstrations.
• Execute interactive product demonstrations.
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit.

• Must have beauty retail experience.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in‑store retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
• Ability to motivate others and work as part of a team.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional.
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
