Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store and returns, and complete transactions using required systems;
Keep the pickup and return areas clean and organized to ensure a friction-free customer experience;
Support all At Your Service activities including BOPS, merchandise returns, and order pickups while upholding Macy's service standards;
Help maintain a welcoming, organized shopping space and assist with curbside delivery of BOPS orders;
Contribute to achieving sales goals and providing genuine hospitality through teamwork
