Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, and processing transactions;
Support the store environment by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and merchandising according to company guidelines;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensuring presentation on the selling floor;
Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals;
Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed
