Engage with Customers in the Cashier Area and Club Desk to deliver world class service;
Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions, and loyalty rewards;
Assist in keeping Front-End areas merchandise-present and organized to drive sales;
Handle payments securely (cash, credit/debit cards, gift cards) following SOP;
Provide store information and direct Customers to specific areas or team members as needed
