Customer Accounts Advisor

The salary range for this role is $12.75 to $13.50 per hour/year. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update customer accounts, including customer information and payment appointments in the store computer system.
  • Contact customers who have not renewed their lease agreements via phone and home visits.
  • Explain the benefits of timely lease renewal payments and persuade customers to renew.
  • Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
  • Handle merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
  • Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned.
  • Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheets and daily route sheets.
  • Load, secure, and protect product in the company vehicle and safely operate the vehicle.
  • Assist the Sales Team as needed.
  • Perform any reasonable duties requested by management.
Requirements
  • U.S. applicants must be at least 21 years old with a valid state driver’s license and comply with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including a satisfactory motor vehicle record. Canadian applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states (U.S.).
  • Ability to work a schedule that varies from 8 am to 9 pm.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without help and up to 300 lbs with a dolly.
  • Two years of retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High energy and ability to multitask effectively.
