Business Development/Outside Sales for FASTSIGNS of Buford and FASTSIGNS of Cumming.

Expanding sign company seeks Business Development Manager to take us to the next level in sales volume and professionalism! We currently have two locations in Cumming and Buford/Suwanee. Our company has been in business for over 17 years and we have had the same location for the same period of time. We are well‑established, very well‑known and have a great reputation.

• Develop new clients and expand sales relationships with existing clients.
• Execute outbound marketing programs, individual sales programs, and national marketing through our franchise organization.
• Identify and find clients with proven success.
• Attend networking events (some of which may be early breakfast meetings to evening gatherings).
• Report to base office daily; schedule aligned with office hours 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

• Business Development experience is necessary.
• Sign sales experience is highly desirable.
• Great communication skills and character, motivated and ambitious.
• Proven track record in developing business leading to closed sales.
• Hard‑working, honest team player who wants to make a difference and earn good compensation.

We offer a broad spectrum of the sign industry: digital signage, building signs, monument signs, way‑finding, POP, safety, functional, labels, cut‑outs, banners, ADA, construction site, wall/window graphics, vehicle graphics/wraps, advertising specialties, posters, printing and all related signage, marketing and promotional requirements. Services include graphic design, permit procurement, program management, surveying, installation and fulfillment services, including packaging, delivery and shipping.

Base salary with commission opportunity. Full‑time position. Parking is free. Opportunity for advancement. Flexible location preference between two office locations.

Work location:

Buford or Cumming. Full‑time; 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday‑Friday. In‑person reporting to base office daily. Attendance at networking events is required.
