Inside Sales Account Manager - Contract To Hire
The Inside Sales Account Manager position is located in the Buford, GA area. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a company known for its commitment to fostering a winning team environment and promoting personal growth.
Shift: 8-5; M-F
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Responsibilities- Develop relationships with customers to maintain a continuous flow of work.
- Build a lead pipeline from referrals of existing accounts.
- Consistently secure new business for the region through prospecting.
- Work to build partnerships with distributors to increase sales pipelines.
- Upsell customers on repair services and the purchase of new or refurbished equipment.
- Proficient in using a custom Sales CRM database to manage accounts.
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM and proficient in computer skills.
- Strong product knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay current on industry trends.
- Experience in providing warranty support and acting as a liaison between customers and technical staff.
