This is a high-activity, high-energy role at the front line of our sales operation. You will be the first voice and first text our prospects hear from — working a curated list of financially qualified leads who have already expressed interest in owning a Vintage Modern. Your job is simple: connect, engage, build rapport, and when the time is right, transfer that client to a closer.
No experience required - all you need is a smile, a great personality, hunger, and a drive for success!

- Make 300+ outbound calls and texts per day to a pre-qualified prospect database
- Re-engage dormant leads and introduce new prospects to the Vintage Modern brand
- Identify buying interest and intent, then execute a seamless live transfer to a closer
- Log all activity and client notes in Salesforce CRM
- Represent the Vintage Modern brand with professionalism and energy on every interaction
- Exceptional communicator — confident on the phone, natural over text
- High energy, positive attitude, and resilience — you don't take no personally
- Competitive by nature — you want to be the best in the room
- Organized and disciplined — 300 calls a day requires focus and process
- Coachable — you take feedback and apply it immediately
- CRM experience is a plus but not required — we will train you
- Experience in sales, hospitality, real estate, or any client-facing role is a bonus, not a requirement
- Close deals — that's not your job and that's by design
- Wing it — we provide scripts, playbooks, and training from Day 1
- Work from home — this is an in-office role and the energy of the team is part of what makes it work
- Base salary plus commission
- Commission: paid per qualified transfer that results in a closed sale
