Warehouse and Inside Sales Associate
Employment Type: Full-Time (Non-Exempt)
Job SummaryThis position supports inside sales operations and warehouse activities, including order processing, shipping coordination, inventory management, and customer service. The role also assists sales representatives and contributes to efficient order fulfillment and operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Track and update shipping status; communicate with customers on order progress
- Process purchase orders and coordinate with overseas suppliers
- Receive, prepare, and ship orders; create required shipping documents (invoice, packing list, AWB)
- Support warehouse operations, including inventory management and cycle counts
- Assist with customer service inquiries, quotations, and issue resolution
- Support field sales with samples, reports, and marketing materials
- Manage backlog, returns (RMA), and sales order records
- Assist with trade show coordination (logistics, setup, materials)
- Contribute to reporting (inventory, purchasing activity, slow-moving items)
- Provide general operational and administrative support
Required
- Being able to lift/move up to approximately 30 kg
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Involvement in monthly inventory counts
- Opportunity to support limited customer accounts after onboarding
- Exposure to marketing activities (e.g., promotional materials, trade shows)
