Position SummarySupport Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, and processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts. Participate in sales and marketing events and work to meet Membership goals. Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines. Complete Member Fax, Pull, and Click n Pull orders accurately, secure items for members, and follow up on out‑of‑stock merchandise.
Manage work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to meet deadlines and improve processes. Provide member service by acknowledging member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services. Comply with company policies and standard of ethics and integrity, applying the Open Door Policy and supporting Walmart’s integrity, customer focus, and continuous improvement values.
- Provide information on Membership benefits and promote Company products and services.
- Process Membership upgrades, credit accounts, and related transactions.
- Participate in sales and marketing events to achieve Membership goals.
- Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following proper forklift spotting procedures.
- Handle and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with Company steel standard guidelines.
- Fulfill Member Fax, Pull, and Click n Pull orders; scan, wrap, palletize, and secure items for members.
- Ensure accuracy of orders and invoices; follow up on out‑of‑stock merchandise.
- Utilize company policies, data, and resources to complete work assignments and communicate progress.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and resolving issues.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards using the Open Door Policy.
- Act with integrity, humility, honesty, and fairness while supporting Walmart’s vision of becoming a regenerative company.
- Make decisions based on reliable information, balancing short- and long- term priorities for all stakeholders.
