This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist at our location in Buford, GA. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to sales, customer service, training, and sales management. They will collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies, provide exceptional customer service, conduct training sessions, manage sales activities, and actively contribute to the growth and success of the company.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Proven sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience in training individuals or teams
• Previous sales management experience is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in using sales and CRM software
• Able to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
